Notes:
- The A to Z inventory was revised in 2025 to apply the IPDAS 5.0 criteria. For 2 new essential criteria to minimize a biased decision, some patient decision aids indicate no response. This data was not collected when that patient decision aid was registered in the inventory. We are indicating a response to these items as patient decision aid developers provide updates.
- Addition of other patient decision aids to the A to Z inventory is an ongoing process.
- Healthwise provided access, free of charge, to their patient decision aids for educational purposes for over 15 years. Healthwise was purchased by WebMD Ignite in 2024 and WebMD Ignite did not renew our access to the patient decision aids in 2025.
