Cancer Symptom Decision Tools
The Pan-Canadian Oncology Symptom Triage and Remote Support (COSTaRS) 17 decision guides were created for nurses and other healthcare providers guiding patients reporting cancer treatment related symptoms. Each practice guide includes: items to assess the symptom, criteria to triage severity for level of care, medications, and self-care strategies.References
