Knowledge Translation Tools
Knowledge Translation (KT) tools and products present evidence in clear, concise, user-friendly formats. The overall goal is to enhance uptake of evidence. Examples are patient decision aids, clinical practice guidelines, and educational resources. KT tools that are informed by systematic reviews are third generation knowledge.
Women and body weight during the transition to menopause.

This KT tool presents research to inform middle-aged women making decisions about managing body weight and taking action to make lifestyle changes. Some women use this together with a journal for tracking changes.
