Audience Seriously ill patients who are older and/or have advanced medical illness and a high near-term risk of death (aged 55-plus with advanced pulmonary, cardiac, renal or liver disease; or metastatic cancer; or aged 80-plus), and their families.
Options included Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Dignity and support focused care without CPR.
