User Name	Choose your own user name if you have not been assigned one. User names are 4 to 16 characters long. Only use letters a-z, numbers 0-9, dashes -, and underscores _.
Password	Choose your own password. Passwords are 6 to 16 characters long and case sensitive.

This tutorial was designed to help healthcare providers enhance their knowledge and skills in providing decision support. To access the tutorial:

Create your own username and password
Save it so you can re-access the training (it cannot be reset).
Remember to print or save your certificate of completion if you score 75% or higher.
If you did not pass the final test, you can re-take the tutorial by creating a new username and password.
