DALI is the Decision Aid Library Inventory an international list of patient decision aids. If you are developing a patient decision aid, think of registering it in DALI.

For developers to enter their patient decision aid:

Create your own username and password (save it because the system cannot reset it). If you are entering a large quality of patient decision aids for one organization, please use the same username and password for the organization (or contact us before you start).
Fill in the form with information about the patient decision aid.
We will verify the information entered to ensure the resource is a patient decision aid and then include it in the:
- A to Z inventory, if it is publicly accessible.
- Full inventory of patient decision aids, if still in development or not publicly accessible.
