	Making Choices: Long Term Feeding Tube Placement in Elderly Patients This decision aid is made up of 3 parts: a booklet, narration and personal worksheet. The decision aid is available in 2 formats: interactive/online and PDF/paper-based, with an accompanying narration audio file/text file.
